Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Property Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, producing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records for our property portfolio.
Key responsibilities include reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and assisting with budget preparation. The candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Knowledge of property management accounting is a plus
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
