Job Description
The Property Administration Manager oversees post-construction management of completed projects, including homeowner associations and memorial park operations. Responsibilities include financial management, maintenance coordination, lease enforcement, and performance report preparation.
- Compliance with government agencies
- Management of maintenance activities
- Preparation of annual meeting agendas
- Improvement of interment and cremation services
- Approval of construction plans
Work Schedule: Mon-Thu: 7am-6pm, Fri: 7am-4pm
Location: Head Office – Calamba City, Laguna
Requirements: 3 years supervisory or 2 years managerial experience; Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php46,600.00 per month
