LION’S PARK RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION is seeking a dedicated and organized Property Administrator. Responsibilities include managing billing, maintaining financial records, and overseeing administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Handle Billings and Collections
- Record Finance Movements
- Manage Administrative Tasks
- Inventory Supplies
Qualifications:
- Administration Graduate Preferred
- Property Management Experience
- Knowledge of Regulations
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Strong Communication Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00 – Php28,00/month
