Job Description
The Philippine Red Cross is seeking a dedicated and organized Property and Assets Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Lease Contracts and Documentation of PRC Land Holdings.
- Manage Renewal and Rentals/Lease of PRC Properties.
- Ensure Compliance with Legal obligations and PRC Standards and Policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits include Health and Life insurance.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary.
