Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Property Architect to join Ams Environmental Management Corporation. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing progress reports for management.
- Conducting site visits and assessing units.
- Reviewing contractor cost proposals.
- Acting as a liaison between unit owners, tenants, and the team.
- Ensuring quality work from contractors/suppliers.
- Evaluating project completion before turnover.
- Managing and developing project schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Experience in project development phases.
- Computer literate and customer-oriented.
- Hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision.
