Job Description
We are currently seeking a Property Assistant to join our team. As a Property Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various property-related tasks and supporting the Property Manager in day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in property inspections and evaluations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Prepare and process lease documents.
- Assist in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Conduct research on property market trends.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of property management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
