Job Description
Job Summary:
To manage and be responsible for all the property located within Christ The King Unihealth Las Pinas. Must keep the Hospital property protected, organized, and managed accordingly.
Job Requirements and Specifications:
- College Diploma in any related business course.
- Must be highly organized.
- Keen to details.
- Have adequate writing skills and record-keeping abilities.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle data.
- Computer knowledge of Inventory control software.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive all deliveries for the purchasing department with approved purchase orders.
- Ensure timely distribution of items to departments.
- Act on emergency supply requests promptly.
- Prepare monthly statistics for all transactions.
- Manage item replenishments for quality patient care demands.
- Record facilities, equipment, and supplies in the property department’s record book.
- Submit monthly inventories from all departments.
- Report lost, damaged, and defective items to the property department.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing supplies/materials.
- Implement issuance policies and schedules.
- Prepare gate passes for company materials.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
