Job Description
- Lead Property Handover Associates.
- Prepare units that are scheduled for viewing and acceptance.
- In charge of dealing with clients or buyers as far as the turn-over of units is concerned from their unit inspection up to the acceptance.
- Ensure that the unit to be inspected by the buyers are qualified for turn-over prior to the buyers’ viewing and acceptance. This includes preparation of units in terms of cleanliness, completeness and functionality.
- Prepare and provide turn-over reports and other related submittals.
- Coordinate and properly endorse unit buyers to Property Admin.
- Answer emails and calls relative to turn-over concerns.
- Monitor and ensure that the process of QTOP is undertaken properly.
- Perform other tasks that may be requires from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of any management or other related course.
- With at least one year of Team Lead/Supervisor experience.
- Must be willing to work in field/site operations.
- Strong communication skills.
