Job Description
Oversee the administrative functions in the property management office including, but not limited to, office management, legal compliances, coordinate with HOA of the subdivision. Ensure that the property is well-kept and maintained by enforcing strict housekeeping and maintenance protocols.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Admin Works
- Gate Pass Concerns (Delivery and Pull-out, Guidelines and Policy).
- Homeowner’s Concerns (Warranty Works, Policy and Guidelines).
- Subdivision Guidelines and Policy Implementation.
- Assisting Homeowners for Strict Implementation of Solana Casa Real Guidelines.
- Coordinating with Design Department about Quotations and Plans.
- Releasing of Quotations to homeowners.
- Coordinating with security guards for proper implementation of Casa Real Guidelines.
- Checking site works.
- Other related works assigned by our manager.
- Job Locations are Angeles City and San Fernando, Pampanga.
