Job Description

The Property Management Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a property management company. They are tasked with assisting property managers in handling administrative tasks, maintaining property records, and ensuring smooth operation of properties under management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting property managers in organizing and scheduling property maintenance and repairs
  • Managing property documents, leases, contracts, and financial records
  • Collecting rent, communicating with tenants, and resolving any tenant issues or concerns
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repair
  • Keeping track of property budgets and ensuring adherence to financial goals

As a Property Management Administrator, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are also essential in this role.
