Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support building operations for the property; Resolve day-to-day property management issues
- Ensure compliance with management agreements
- Manage financial performance; Ensure monthly reporting
- Conduct routine property inspections; Ensure building safety
- Perform personnel functions; Coordinate teams
Qualifications
- Prior Commercial Property Management experience
- 4-5 years in property management with supervisory responsibility
- Skills in financial reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and computer literate
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
