Job Description
Hausland Estate Management Inc. is seeking a qualified Property Management Officer. Applicants must be degree holders in any field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating NFI, re-inspection, turnover, and move-in processes.
- Preparing project site reports and coordinating concerns with developers.
- Enforcing Deed of Restrictions and conducting regular site inspections.
- Supervising maintenance and security teams; managing inventory.
Job Type: Full-time. Benefits include paid training, pay raises, and supplemental pay.
