Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Officer to join Hausland Estate Management Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Facilitating NFI, re-inspection, turnover, and move-in processes.
- Preparing project site reports.
- Coordinating unit concerns with developers.
- Enforcing Deed of Restrictions.
- Conducting regular site inspections and arranging requests for repairs and materials.
- Supervising the maintenance and security team.
- Managing inventory of supplies.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
