Job Description
Hausland Estate Management Inc. seeks a full-time Property Management Officer. Candidates must hold a degree in any discipline. The officer will facilitate NFI, re-inspections, turnovers, and move-ins; prepare project site reports; coordinate unit concerns with developers; and enforce Deeds of Restrictions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and arrange repairs, materials, and inventory management.
- Supervise maintenance and security teams and monitor daily maintenance accomplishments.
- Manage phone calls, emails, correspondence, and collection of dues and fees.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Benefits include paid training and periodic pay raises. Work is required in person.
