Job Description

SOLANALAND DEVELOPMENT INC. is currently seeking a dedicated Property Management Officer to manage administrative functions within our property management office. The role involves overseeing office operations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and liaising with the Homeowners Association (HOA). You will also be responsible for enforcing stringent housekeeping and maintenance standards to uphold the quality of our properties.

Applicants should possess a valid engineering license (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant property management experience.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Starting at Php21,00.00 per month
