Job Description
- Ensures subdivision cleanliness by supervising the utility personnel in their daily subdivision cleaning tasks like street sweeping, grass cutting, cleanliness of clubhouse and sales office, garbage collection, maintenance of community facilities, open spaces and lots only
- Assist in overseeing on-going construction works at the project and/or sales office
- Keep track and ensure the safety of the company’s inventories, tools, furniture, and equipment
- Collaborate and engage with surveyors, other service providers, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other project-related entities
- Ensures compliance with safety and health standards and protocols at all times
- Effects the turn-over of properties/units to homeowners, assists in their eventual move-in and moving out
- Coordination with project security
- Perform other functions not otherwise stated above
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php12,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Weekends
Ability to Commute:
- Mexico, Pampanga (Required)
