Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Property Operations
- Leasing and Tenant relations
- Financial Management
- Lease Administration
- Property Maintenance
- Risk Management
- Reporting and Documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php50,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Ability to Commute:
- Quezon City (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Quezon City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
