Job Description
Ayala Property Management Corporation is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee overall operations of our property in Davao City. You will implement management standards, maintain equipment efficiency, and ensure compliance with government requirements.
Ideal candidates should be a Registered Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Architect with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and proficient in English. Customer service orientation is essential.
