Job Description
Position: Property Manager / Bookkeeper
Location: Virtual (properties in New York City & Brooklyn)
Time zone: Eastern / New York City
Job Description:
- Manage correspondence and arrange solutions with tenants and vendors
- Handle financial tasks including bill payments, reconciliations, and budgeting
- Coordinate maintenance appointments and manage property-related tasks
- Assist in lease renewals, property insurance setup, and client accounts
- Maintain records, handle office tasks, and resolve tenant issues
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
