Job Description
Join COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL as a Property Manager located in Balintawak, Quezon City. We are seeking a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with at least five years of experience in Property Management and operations.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in tenant relations, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports. Knowledge of residential and commercial property financial statements is essential. Candidates should also possess a sense of urgency and relevant certifications such as Pollution Control Officer, Safety Officer, or Energy Manager.
This full-time role offers a monthly salary of Php60,00 and includes health and life insurance, promotion opportunities, and a 13th month salary.
