Job Description
We are currently seeking an efficient and experienced property manager to join our team at ElectroSavers Corporation. As a property manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of properties, managing tenant relations, and ensuring the financial success of the properties.
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including coordinating maintenance work and enforcing leases.
- Collect rent and handle operating expenses to ensure a steady cash flow.
- Prepare financial performance reports and communicate property status to owners.
- Set rental rates, negotiate and enforce lease agreements.
- Contract and supervise repairs and maintenance work.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, leases, complaints, and maintenance.
- Terminate leases and initiate eviction proceedings when necessary.
- Arrange contracts for ongoing services such as maintenance, security, and landscaping.
- Oversee and assess the performance of personnel.
