Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
Key responsibilities include ensuring high occupancy rates, maintaining property values, and implementing effective marketing strategies. The Property Manager will also be tasked with resolving tenant issues, monitoring property performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
