Job Description
· Overseeing a team of resident, commercial, and maintenance staff.
· Scheduling routine maintenance like landscaping, replacing light fixtures, or changing air vents.
· Arranging contracts for maintenance services such as trash collection, security, and landscaping.
· Paying property expenses including taxes and mortgages.
· Advertising vacant properties.
· Holding viewing sessions for potential tenants.
· Assessing tenant applications.
· Enforcing rental terms such as collecting rent, and investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations.
· Reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy, and expiring leases to property owners.
· Managing disputes with tenants and service suppliers.
· Recording and documenting inspections, contracts, maintenance requests, complaints, damages, records of repairs, costs of repairs, maintenance costs, rent collection, and insurance costs.
· Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
