Job Description
A property management company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, lease agreements, maintenance, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing property management strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
- Managing tenant relationships and addressing their concerns in an efficient and professional manner
- Negotiating and executing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, while ensuring timely response to tenants’ maintenance requests
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to optimize property performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in computer software and property management systems
