Job Description
A Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of properties. They handle various tasks related to real estate, such as marketing rental properties, screening potential tenants, collecting rent, and ensuring the properties are well-maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing rental properties and ensuring they comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Advertising vacancies and screening potential tenants.
- Collecting rent and handling financial transactions.
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
- Resolving tenant disputes and addressing their concerns.
- Preparing financial reports and maintaining property records.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and organizational skills. They should also be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have a good understanding of property management laws and regulations.
