Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Philippines Inc. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our properties.
Your duties will include:
- Performing regular inspections to ensure that properties are properly maintained
- Collecting rent and handling any lease-related matters
- Managing tenant relations and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws
- Preparing and maintaining financial records related to property operations
