Job Description
We are seeking a professional Property Manager to supervise daily operations for residential and commercial assets. The role ensures tenant satisfaction, timely rent collection, and proper property maintenance.
- Manage leases, coordinate vendors and repairs, and conduct regular inspections.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports; enforce building policies and ensure legal and safety compliance.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Qualifications: 3+ years of property management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office. Must be organized, proactive, and tenant-focused.
