Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the management of our office building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the property, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance.
Key responsibilities include lease administration, budget management, vendor supervision, and resolving tenant issues. The Property Manager will also be in charge of optimizing occupancy rates and implementing strategies to enhance the property’s value.
The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in property management is preferred.
