Job Description
- Graduate of Mechanical / Electrical, Architecture, Business Management, or Building Management Course
- Related postgraduate studies are an advantage
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Property Management as Property Manager, preferably in Residential development
- Proficiency in all areas of property management, i.e. security, technical, housekeeping, and customer service
- Excellent Presentation and Facilitation Skills
- Customer Service and People Management Skills
- MS Office Proficiency
- Willing to start ASAP
