Job Description
A Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and profitability of various properties. They handle all aspects of property management, including finding tenants, managing leases, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring properties are in compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advertising and marketing properties to attract potential tenants.
- Screening and selecting qualified tenants.
- Managing lease agreements and negotiating terms.
- Collecting rent payments and handling financial transactions.
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
- Resolving tenant complaints and concerns.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be dealing with tenants, contractors, and property owners. They should also have excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple properties simultaneously.
