Job Description
Position: Property Manager
Location: CGC, Pampanga, Philippines
Requirements:
- Valid passport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Property Management or Executive Assistant roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Innovative thinker with strategic mindset
- Background in customer service or real estate sales preferred
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Introduction:
We’re looking for a Property Manager to oversee TRT’s IT Services and Property Management divisions in Clark Global City. Ideal candidates have real estate or executive assistance experience, showing adaptability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct leasing agents and maintenance providers for quality service delivery
- Assist in property leasing and maintain high occupancy rates
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Address tenant requests promptly and maintain positive relationships
- Develop property budgets, track financial performance, and implement value-enhancing strategies
- Recruit, train, and manage property associates to meet performance goals
- Identify and pursue new investment opportunities, including property renovations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
