Job Description
The Property Specialist will represent Asia Select, Inc. and assist buyers with their investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct valuations by analyzing market trends, comparing properties, and identifying property features.
- Identify market trends and local real estate conditions.
- Attract prospects and tenants to properties through effective marketing techniques and strategies.
- Provide client consultations to discuss their goals and preferences.
- Represent clients throughout the entire property investment process.
Qualification:
At least 3 years of experience; recent graduates or undergraduates with at least 72 units are welcome to apply.
Location: Ayala Ave, Makati.
Schedule: Field Work; weekends if needed.
