Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist at Megaworld Resort Estates, Inc. The Property Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to commercial and residential real estate sales and customer service in Metro Manila.
Qualifications
– Communication and Customer Service skills
– Experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate
– Sales skills
– Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Knowledge of property laws and regulations
– Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management or related field
Compensation
