Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Property Specialist to join our esteemed real estate team in Davao. As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing activities, conducting market research, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a deep understanding of the real estate market in Davao, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a similar role or a real estate license is preferred.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients
- Conducting property tours and showcasing available properties
- Negotiating and closing property deals
- Assisting clients in securing financing or mortgages
- Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or leasing process
- Staying updated on industry developments and market trends
