Job Description
SM Development Corporation (SMDC) is currently seeking Full-time Real Estate Agents to join our team.
Job Description:
Sell all condominium projects of SMDC. You will be supported by the company through booth manning, internet marketing, events, road shows, and more.
Compensation:
- Property Specialist- P15,00
- Senior Property Specialist- P18,00 (real estate sales or any sales-related experience is required)
- Executive Property Officer-P25,00 (SMDC experience is required)
Additional Benefits:
- Monthly allowance
- Commissions – 3%
- Budget, additional incentives, and commissions
Requirements for the Sales Position:
- Any gender
- Any 4-year course graduate (2 years allowed only if with a minimum of 72 units with TOR, exceptional sales background, and/or pleasing personality), with or without experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Pleasing personality is an advantage
- Willingness to be assigned in the north and south of Metro Manila, provincial road shows, and events
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell SMDC Condominiums and other Real Estate Properties
- Manage Client’s Account
