Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Design business plans that meet customers’ needs
- Inspect and arrange maintenance
- Maintain positive tenant relationships
- Negotiate contracts with contractors
- Market vacant spaces and collect accounts
- Develop annual budgets and report financial performance
- Source and build client relationships
- Update job knowledge and lease contracts
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience in property management
- Understanding of financial aspects and regulations
- Competency in MS Office and databases
- Customer focus, strong communication, and organization skills
- BS degree in related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php25,00.00 per month
