Job Description
Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc. is currently in need of a Property Specialist who will promote company owned properties. Interested candidates will serve as a point of reference between company owned properties such as condos and office leases.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather interested agents to promote office leases and residential condos
- Advertise and promote properties through various channels
- Meet clients and assess their requirements to make appropriate suggestions
- Meet with clients to present properties and address questions and concerns.
- Keep a database of necessary information such as property list, its specifications, and client database.
- Collaborate and network with contractors.
- Report results and feedback of client visitation and possible sales to the management
- Work alongside with marketing team to develop marketing materials/collaterals to help boost sales
- Oversee transactions and draft contracts as needed
- Keep abreast with market/property trends
Qualification:
- Relative experience working as a sales agent and/or Real Estate Broker
- Proven track record of sales
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Valid license to practice the profession of a real estate broker/sales agent is an advantage
- Possession of a driver’s license is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Commission pay
Ability to Commute:
- Makati (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Makati: Relocate before starting work (Required)
