Job Description
We are seeking a Proposal Team Lead to oversee proposal development and manage RFP responses. The role coordinates cross-functional contributors, sets timelines, assigns tasks, edits content, and ensures submissions comply with client requirements and deadlines.
- Lead proposal strategy and maintain templates and best practices
- Mentor and coach proposal writers; review and finalize content
- Track proposal performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications: 5+ years in proposal management or business development, excellent writing and editing skills, strong project management capabilities, keen attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
