Job Description
- The Psychiatrist shall conduct an initial assessment for one (1) hour.
- Mind You will assist by administering a battery of tests to the Client Employee including some or all the following:
- Personality Assessment Inventory (Globally Recognized);
- Cognitive Ability Test (CAT);
- Emotional Quotient 16 (EQ16);
- Mind Body Assessment (MBA); and/or
- Any other Assessments as required by the Psychiatrist.
- The Psychiatrist will provide an official diagnosis to the Client Employee.
- The Psychiatrist will prescribe medication, to be paid for either by the Client Company or the latter’s Health Maintenance Provided (if any).
- The Psychiatrist will liaise with the Psychologist/s for ongoing psychotherapy.
- The Psychiatrist will conduct check-up and follow-up appointments for pharmacological treatment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php73,00.00 – Php90,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
