Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Psychometrician / Psychologist to join our team. As a Psychometrician / Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and analyzing psychological data and helping our organization make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate psychological tests and assessments
- Analyze and interpret psychological data
- Prepare comprehensive reports on assessment findings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide insights
- Conduct research studies to improve assessment tools
Requirements:
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Psychology or a related field
- Proven experience in psychometric testing and assessment
- Proficient in statistical analysis software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
