Job Description
We are completely remote, allowing you to work from your favorite spot while assisting customers daily. Your growth opportunities are limitless, starting in one role and advancing with our support. Currently, we are seeking a PT CSA to address customer support queries via Gorgias, process returns, and provide level 1 technical support.
Requirements:
Gorgias and Shopify experience
1-2 years of customer service and Tier 1 technical support experience
Responsibilities:
Effective communication skills, technical aptitude, data-driven mindset, adherence to policies with a human touch, and the ability to speak up respectfully.
**JOB FIT (Required)**:
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Flexibility for overtime
- Good attendance record
