Job Description
The ATR Asset Management Group (ATRAM) is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a leading Digitally-powered Asset and Wealth Management firm, ATRAM provides innovative products and exceptional customer experiences while supporting career development and work-life balance in a fair and progressive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling requests in IT Service Desk Jira Tool.
- Provide technical support for hardware peripherals.
- Manage application support and troubleshoot requests.
- Assist with IT asset inventory management.
Requirements: Knowledge in Microsoft O365, good analytical and communication skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
