Job Description
The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring the availability of inventory by verifying purchase requisitions, scheduling delivery, and procuring lacking stocks. They also track order status, produce reports, and review inventories as required.
- Verifies Purchase Requisition by comparing items
- Forward available inventory problems by verifying stocks: scheduling delivery
- Purchasing lacking stocks
- Roving/Checking fast-moving stocks
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specification and price
- Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers and expediting orders
- Review inventories as required
- Track the status of any orders
- Produce and maintain all reports

- Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
