Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Works with category leads to supply necessary goods for the board
- Handles the purchase cycle with care, ensuring the intended outcome
- Coordinates daily with boats to guarantee timely information
- Maintains high levels of productivity and service quality
- Collaborates with ships and local suppliers for smooth order delivery
- Addresses supply-related concerns from vessels
- Provides input on cost control to the captain and superintendent
- Prepares invoices and ensures prompt requisition delivery
- Responds to procurement requests and discusses delivery and pricing
- Operates vessels efficiently in compliance with policies
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant procurement experience, ideally in ship management
- IT savvy with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stress, manage multiple tasks, and attention to detail
- English proficiency required; new graduates are welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
