Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and process material requests following standard procedures
- Source best suppliers for each request
- Meet vendors if required
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Maintain vendor files with payment policies
- Process payments for received items
- Inspect deliveries and report issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Graduate in business administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years as a construction material purchaser
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in word and spreadsheet
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
