Job Description
Lionheart Farms (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a dedicated Purchasing and Logistics Assistant to join our Commercial Operations Team. The successful candidate will assist with RFQs and purchase orders, follow up on pending deliveries, expedite urgent items, and help with supplier payments.
In this role, you will monitor inventories, ensure purchase documents are forwarded to finance, and support logistics activities. Responsibilities also include coordinating with logistics service partners (Warehouse, Customs Brokers, Truckers) for the mobilization of company goods and services.
Additionally, you will assist with import/export documentation and support our Alabat/Palawan offices. A valid Professional Driver’s License is required.
