Job Description
- In charge of the acquisitions of the necessary goods and services under Purchasing Manager’s supervision
- Assists in maintaining purchasing records and supporting department activities efficiently
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives and processes purchase requests
- Evaluates vendors’ offers and negotiates prices
- Coordinates with end users for specifications and scope of work
- Commits to timely procurement with end users
- Issues approved Purchase Orders and ensures timely deliveries
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- CAN START ASAP
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
