Job Description
The primary function of this role is to procure required materials, services, and equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include comprehensive understanding of material resource planning and purchase order execution.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors/College Degree in Management, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 years of Purchasing experience for materials, operations supplies, facility equipment, repairs, and maintenance.
- Strong negotiation and sourcing skills.
- Strong analytical ability for supplier evaluation.
- Working knowledge of a procurement system, preferably Oracle.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
