Job Description
Join Noodlerama Group Inc., supporting Fagokho Corporation brands, as a Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator. Manage supplier sourcing, vendor relationships, purchasing documentation, and coordinate with head office and stores to track requests and orders.
- Prepare canvassing and purchase orders; maintain supplier files and purchase/shipment records.
- Conduct inventory, reorder stock, inspect received goods for quality and quantity, and coordinate deliveries per PO.
- Ensure POs align with bill of materials and budget; resolve invoice discrepancies and assist with weekly order-status reports.
- Perform other assigned tasks to support procurement and warehouse operations.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Makati; reliable commute or relocation required.
