Job Description
· Source, evaluate proposals and purchase quality products and reliable service
· Prepare/submit canvass sheet with corresponding recommendation
· Negotiate for best price, terms, warranty and after sales support
· Assist in executing agreements/contracts
· Build relationships with suppliers
· Assess/document supplier performance
· Process requisitions, monitor deliveries and regularly update status of orders
· Attend/facilitate meetings with vendors and requisitioners
· Generate/submit report on a regular basis – client, vendor, volume, spend
· Perform weekly Statement of Account Reconciliation and payment monitoring
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
